Terms of Service

These terms apply to postzora.com, app.postzora.com and everything we provide through them (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Postzora for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Postzora is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

Give accurate details, keep your password and two-factor codes safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Workspace owners and admins decide who joins a workspace and what each person can do. They are responsible for the people they invite and for the channels they connect.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, with no credit card needed. When the trial ends you choose a plan to keep using Postzora.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods and unused seats or channels, except where the law requires a refund. The free trial is there so you can decide before you pay.

Prices exclude taxes, which are added where they apply. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from your next renewal. If a payment fails, we may limit or suspend your account until it is paid.

You own the posts, media and other material you add to Postzora ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process, copy and publish it only as needed to run the service for you, for example to show it in your calendar and send it to the channels you chose at the time you set.

You are responsible for your content and for what is published from your workspaces, including posts approved or scheduled by your team. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to use Postzora to:

• Break any law or the rules of any platform you publish to.
• Send spam, mislead people, impersonate anyone, or create fake engagement.
• Publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone’s intellectual property or privacy.
• Get around rate limits, plan limits or security measures, or access workspaces you were not invited to.
• Scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or disrupt it for others.

When you connect a channel, you authorise Postzora to act on your behalf on that platform, within the permissions you grant, to publish what you schedule. You remain bound by that platform’s own terms and policies.

Postzora is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Lemmy, Tumblr or any other platform. Platforms can change or limit their services, reject or remove posts, or suspend accounts at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, and we may have to change or stop supporting a platform when they change their rules.

We work hard to publish every post at the time you set, but we cannot guarantee it. Posts can be delayed or fail because of network issues, platform outages, expired connections or content a platform rejects. When a post fails, we tell you in the app. Check posts that matter, and keep your own copies of important content.

We improve Postzora continuously and may add, change or remove features. Features marked "Soon" or as beta are plans, not promises, and beta features are provided as they are.

Postzora’s software, design, name and logo belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms; nothing else is licensed to you. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is unpaid. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem or export your content.

When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for a particular purpose, and we give no warranties beyond those stated in these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, reputation or audience, including losses caused by a platform’s actions or by a post that was delayed, failed or published as you scheduled it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of a platform’s rules.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Postzora after that, the updated terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

If something goes wrong, email us at [email protected] first. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before either of us takes formal action. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our permission; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
