1.Delete your account in Postzora
Sign in, open Settings, then Security, and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password. Deletion starts straight away and cannot be undone.
To delete a single workspace you own instead, open Settings, then General, in that workspace and choose Delete workspace.
2.What is deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- Your profile, sign-in details and two-factor settings.
- Every workspace you own, with its channels, scheduled and past posts, media files, approval history and invitations. Members of those workspaces lose access.
- Your membership in workspaces owned by others. Posts you wrote there stay with that workspace.
- The access tokens of every channel connected to the deleted workspaces.
3.Connected platforms
Disconnecting a channel or deleting its workspace deletes the access token Postzora stored for it. You can also revoke Postzora’s access in each platform’s security or connected-apps settings at any time.
Posts that were already published stay on the platforms. Delete them there if you want them removed.
4.Request deletion by email
If you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.
5.Backups and records
Any copies of deleted data in backups are removed as the backups rotate, within 30 days. We keep limited records, such as invoices, where the law requires it.
